The Wika PG43SA-S Series 100 mm Flush Diaphragm Pressure Gauge is meticulously engineered for hygienic pressure measurement in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, and beverage industries. This gauge provides precise mechanical pressure display on pipelines, fermenters, bioreactors, and vessels, and is ideal for monitoring pressure and vacuum during cleaning, sterilization, and pressure testing. The PG43SA-S gauge features a purely mechanical pressure transmission using a diaphragm-element measuring principle, ensuring safe and reliable pressure measurement. Its design eliminates the risk of product contamination by transmission fluid due to the dry measuring cell. The flush-welded diaphragm element and aseptic process connections facilitate a dead-space-free connection, making it perfect for CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (sterilization in place) applications. This gauge can be sterilized completely in an autoclave and is designed for easy zero-point adjustment.
